Abstract
The present invention provides a device-to-device (D2D) operation method performed by a remote UE in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: measuring the quality of a link between a relay UE and the remote UE on the basis of an offset; and selecting a relay UE suitable for the remote UE on the basis of the measurement, wherein the offset is determined on the basis of information which may have an effect on communicating with a base station by the remote UE through the relay UE.
Claims11
A method for selecting a relay user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method performed by a remote UE, which supports a device-to-device (D2D) operation, and comprising:
- measuring a link quality between the relay UE and the remote UE based on an offset;
- and
- selecting the relay UE suitable for the remote UE based on the measurement,
- wherein the offset is determined based on first information informing elements related to a quality of communication between the remote UE and a base station through the relay UE,
- wherein the first information includes second information informing elements related to a link quality between the relay UE and the base station, and
- wherein the second information includes information on a traffic load.
A remote user equipment (UE) comprising:
- a radio frequency (RF) unit configured to transmit and receive radio signals;
- and
- a processor being operatively connected to the RF unit,
- wherein the processor is configured to:
- measure a link quality between a relay UE and the remote UE based on an offset, and
- select the relay UE suitable for the remote UE based on the measurement,
- wherein the offset is determined based on first information informing elements related to a quality of communication between the remote UE and a base station through the relay UE,
- wherein the first information includes second information informing elements related to a link quality between the relay UE and the base station, and
- wherein the second information includes information on a traffic load.
