Image stabilization for photographing apparatus module

A photographing apparatus module comprising:

• an image sensor module comprising an image sensor;
• a lens module including a lens, wherein the lens module is shifted with respect to the image sensor module in a first direction or a second direction perpendicular to an optical axis direction of incident light;
• and
• an image stabilization module including image stabilization circuitry arranged in the image sensor module configured to apply a driving force to the lens module,
• wherein the image sensor module comprises a sensor circuit substrate having first and second opposed surfaces, the first surface facing the lens module, and wherein the image sensor is on the first surface side of the sensor circuit substrate, and
• the image stabilization module comprises:
• a first image stabilization driver on the second surface side of the sensor circuit substrate, the first image stabilization driver being configured to apply a driving force to the lens module in the first direction;
• and
• a second image stabilization driver on the second surface side of the sensor circuit substrate, the second image stabilization driver being configured to apply a driving force to the lens module in the second direction,
• wherein the first image stabilization driver comprises a plurality of first piezoelectric devices which are spaced apart from one another in the first direction, and
• the second image stabilization driver comprises a plurality of second piezoelectric devices which are spaced apart from one another in the second direction, and
• wherein the plurality of first and second piezoelectric devices are arranged on the second surface of the sensor circuit substrate in a lattice-shaped configuration.
