Display device

A display device comprising:

• a substrate including a display portion and a pad portion outside the display portion;
• a first buffer layer on the substrate;
• one of a plurality of bridge electrodes on the first buffer layer;
• a second buffer layer on the one of the plurality of bridge electrodes;
• a gate insulating layer on the second buffer layer;
• an interlayer dielectric layer on the gate insulating layer;
• a plurality of power lines positioned on the interlayer dielectric layer of the pad portion of the substrate and extended from the display portion;
• and
• a plurality of data lines positioned in parallel with the plurality of power lines and extended from the display portion,
• wherein the plurality of bridge electrodes is configured to connect at least two of the plurality of power lines,
• wherein some of the plurality of power lines include a power pad electrode on at least an end of the corresponding power line,
• wherein a number of the power pad electrodes is less than a number of the power lines, and
• wherein the plurality of power lines is connected to the one of the plurality of bridge electrodes through a bridge hole penetrating the second buffer layer, the gate insulating layer, and the interlayer dielectric layer.
