Abstract
A capacitor structure includes a first conductive layer, a first insulation layer, a first dielectric layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer includes a first conductive material. The first insulation layer is disposed adjacent to the first conductive layer in a same plane as the first conductive layer. The first dielectric layer is on the first conductive layer and the first insulation layer. The second conductive layer is on the first dielectric layer and includes a second conductive material. The first conductive material is different from the second conductive material.
Claims33
A capacitor structure, comprising:
- a first conductive layer comprising a first conductive material;
- a first insulation layer disposed adjacent to the first conductive layer in a same plane as the first conductive layer, wherein the first insulation layer includes an anisotropic conductive paste (ACP);
- a first dielectric layer on the first conductive layer and the first insulation layer;
- and
- a second conductive layer on the first dielectric layer and comprising a second conductive material,
- wherein the first conductive material is different from the second conductive material.
A capacitor structure, comprising:
- a first conductive layer;
- a first insulation layer disposed adjacent to the first conductive layer in a same plane as the first conductive layer and comprising a first dielectric material, wherein the first insulation layer includes an anisotropic conductive paste (ACP);
- a first dielectric layer on the first conductive layer and the first insulation layer and comprising a second dielectric material;
- and
- a second conductive layer on the first dielectric layer,
- wherein the first dielectric material is different from the second dielectric material.
A capacitor structure, comprising:
- a first conductive layer;
- a first insulation layer disposed adjacent to the first conductive layer in a same plane as the first conductive layer, wherein the first insulation layer includes an anisotropic conductive paste (ACP);
- a first dielectric layer on the first conductive layer and the first insulation layer;
- a second conductive layer on the first dielectric layer;
- and
- a first external contact electrically connected to the first conductive layer and comprising a first layer and a second layer.
