Abstract
An electronic device is provided which displays an object (body) on a flexible display screen in accordance with a three-dimensional shape of the display screen by utilizing the flexibility of the display screen. An electronic device including a display portion which includes a flexible display device displaying an object on a display screen; a detection portion detecting positional data of a given part of the display screen; and an arithmetic, portion calculating a three-dimensional shape of the display screen on the basis of the positional data and computing motion of the object to make the object move according to a given law in accordance with the calculated three-dimensional shape of the display screen.
Claims20
A displaying method of an electronic device comprising the steps of:
- displaying a first part, a second part, and a third part on a display screen of the electronic device, the display screen having flexibility and the second part being between the first part and the third part;
- displaying a first object in the first part on the display screen;
- calculating a three-dimensional shape of the display screen;
- and
- moving the first object from the first part to the third part without through the second part only when the three-dimensional shape of the display screen satisfies a first condition,
- wherein the first condition is that a portion of the display screen on which the second part is displayed protrudes downward and the first part and the third part are brought close to each other.
A displaying method of an electronic device comprising the steps of:
- displaying a first part, a second part, and a third part on a display screen of the electronic device, the display screen having flexibility and the second part being between the first part and the third part;
- displaying a first object in the first part on the display screen;
- calculating a three-dimensional shape of the display screen;
- and
- determining a motion of the first object based on the three-dimensional shape of the display screen,
- wherein:
- when the three-dimensional shape of the display screen satisfies a first condition, the motion of the first object is to stay in the first part,
- when the three-dimensional shape of the display screen satisfies a second condition, the motion of the first object is to move from the first part to the third part without through the second part,
- the first condition is that the display screen is flat, and
- the second condition is that the display screen is bent so that the second part is not level with the first part and the third part.
A displaying method of an electronic device comprising the steps of:
- displaying a first part, a second part, and a third part on a display screen of the electronic device, the display screen having flexibility and the second part being between the first part and the third part;
- displaying a first object in the first part on the display screen;
- calculating a three-dimensional shape of the display screen;
- and
- moving the first object from the first part to the third part without through the second part only when the three-dimensional shape of the display screen satisfies a first condition,
- wherein the first condition is that the display screen is bent so that the second part is not level with the first part and the third.
