Abstract
A constant voltage generating circuit includes an ED-type reference voltage supply that generates a predetermined constant voltage by using a first transistor of depletion-type and a second transistor of enhancement-type that are connected in series between a power supply terminal and a ground terminal, and a third transistor a source of which is connected to an output terminal for the constant voltage, a drain of which is connected to the power supply terminal or the ground terminal, and a gate of which is connected to a connection node between the first transistor and the second transistor.

A constant voltage generating circuit comprising:
- a first transistor that is an N-channel depletion type transistor of which a drain is connected to a power supply terminal and of which a source and a gate are commonly connected;
- a second transistor that is an N-channel enhancement type transistor of which a drain is connected to the source and the gate of the first transistor, of which a source is connected to a ground terminal, and of which a gate is connected to an output terminal for a constant voltage;
- a third transistor of which a source is connected to the output terminal for the constant voltage, of which a drain is connected to the power supply terminal or the ground terminal, and of which a gate is connected to the gate of the first transistor to form a common gate;
- a first resistor that is connected between the output terminal for the constant voltage and the gate of the second transistor;
- and
- a second resistor that is connected between the ground terminal and the gate of the second transistor.
