Abstract
Systems and methods for detecting a target species using a semiconductor nanosensor are generally described.
Claims3
A system, comprising:
- an amplification agent associated with a first species capable of participating in a molecular binding event and at least three binding agents, wherein the binding agents comprise a metal;
- and
- a second species capable of participating in a molecular binding event associated with the first species, wherein the second species is associated with a surface of a semiconductor nanosensor.
