An integrin alpha-4 (ITGA4) antisense oligomer comprising at least 95% sequence identity to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 21 or 131, wherein the antisense oligomer comprises a modified backbone structure or a modified sugar moiety.
