## Abstract

A smart electronic system is disclosed. The system can analyze any input voltage to determine whether the input voltage is sufficient to charge the battery of an electronic device and/or to operate the electronic device. If not, the cable is capable of transforming the input voltage to a voltage sufficient to charge and/or operate. The electronic device may be incorporated into the housing of the smart electronic system, and can be any known mobile devices.

## Claims

### Claim 1

An electronic system comprising:
an analyzing assembly electrically connected to an energy storage device disposed within a housing of the electronic system, wherein the analyzing assembly includes:
a voltage analyzing circuit to analyze a first voltage supplied by the energy storage device;
at least one electrical converter to transform the first voltage to a second voltage sufficient to charge a battery of an electronic device or to power the electronic device,
a bypass circuit; and
an under voltage lock out device;
wherein when the first voltage is sufficient to charge the battery or to power the electronic device the first voltage is directed to the bypass circuit to charge the battery or to power the electronic device, wherein when the first voltage is not sufficient to charge the battery or to power the electronic device the first voltage is transformed to the second voltage by the at least one electrical converter to charge the battery or to power the electronic device, and
wherein the under voltage lock out device shuts down the electronic device when the first voltage falls below operating voltage of the electronic device, or shuts down the electronic system when the first voltage falls below a predetermined level.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The electronic system of claim 1, wherein the at least one electrical converter comprises a DC/DC converter.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The electronic system of claim 2, wherein the DC/DC converter is a step-up converter.
