The information processing terminal includes a terminal communication portion that acquires the first data record from the data provider device and transmits the first data record to the control information processing device. The control information processing device includes a control communication portion that receives the first data record, a control storage portion that stores a second data record for creating the service data, and a data creation portion that creates the service data based on the first data record and the second data record. ## Claims ### Claim 1 An information processing apparatus comprising: An integrated circuit (IC) chip configured to receive a first data from an external device via near field communication; a display portion; and circuitry configured to transmit the first data to a server, receive, from the server, a service data, and utilize the service data to launch a specified application, wherein the service data is generated at the server based on the first data and second data acquired at the server, and wherein the display portion displays the service data. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first data includes information for specifying a service provider. ### Claim 3 (depends on 1) The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first data includes information for specifying a service category. ### Claim 4 (depends on 1) The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first data includes signature information for verifying authenticity of the first data. ### Claim 5 A computer-implemented method of communicating with a server via a communication network, the method comprising: receiving a first data from an external device via an integrated circuit (IC) chip utilizing near field communication; transmitting the first data to the server via the communication network; receiving from the server, a service data, wherein the service data is generated at the server based on the first data and second data acquired at the server; and displaying, by a display portion, the service data, wherein the service data is utilized to launch a specified application. ### Claim 6 (depends on 5) The computer-implemented method according to claim 5, wherein the first data includes information for specifying a service provider. ### Claim 7 (depends on 5) The computer-implemented method according to claim 5, wherein the first data includes information for specifying a service category. ### Claim 8 (depends on 5) The computer-implemented method according to claim 5, wherein the first data includes signature information for verifying authenticity of the first data. ### Claim 9 A server communicating with an information processing apparatus via a communication network, the information processing apparatus establishing near field communication with an external device that is configured obtain a first data from an external device via near field communication, the server comprising: a computer-readable medium; and circuitry configured to receive the first data from the information processing apparatus via the communication network, generate, based on the first data and second data stored in the server, a service data, and transmit the service data to the information processing apparatus for displaying, by a display portion of the information processing apparatus, the service data, wherein the service data is associated with a specified application to be launched by the information processing apparatus. ### Claim 10 (depends on 9) The server according to claim 9, wherein the first data includes information for specifying a service provider. ### Claim 11 (depends on 9) The server according to claim 9, wherein the first data includes information for specifying a service category. ### Claim 12 (depends on 9) The server according to claim 9, wherein the first data includes signature information for verifying authenticity of the first data.
