## Abstract

[Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a QOL improving or sustaining agent, a physical health improving or sustaining agent, a vitality improving or sustaining agent, a fatigue recovery or alleviating agent, or an anti-fatigue agent. [Method for Achieving the Object] A QOL improving or sustaining agent, a physical health improving or sustaining agent, a vitality improving or sustaining agent, a fatigue recovery or alleviating agent, or an anti-fatigue agent containing Lactobacillus ONRICb0240 (FERM BP-10065).

## Claims

### Claim 1

A quality of life (QOL) improving or sustaining method for a human, the method comprising a step of administering a QOL improving or sustaining agent containing Lactobacillus ONRIC b0240 (FERM BP-10065) to the human,
wherein the QOL improvement or sustainment is at least one physical health improvement or sustainment selected from the group consisting of vitality improving, vitality sustaining, fatigue recovery, fatigue alleviating, anti-fatigue and general health improving or sustaining,
wherein the general health improving or sustaining is measured based on a 36-Item Short Form Survey, and
wherein the human is a healthy human who does not require treatment or an outpatient living life similar to the healthy human.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the administering QOL improving or sustaining agent is administering a food, beverage or a pharmaceutical preparation containing the agent to the human.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the human is a human that requires the improvement or sustainment of QOL.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein Lactobacillus ONRIC b0240 (FERM BP-10065) is in dead state.
