Support structure for supporting a conduit of an engine

An engine comprising,

• an engine block defining a plurality of cylinders;
• an engine head coupled to the engine block;
• a conduit coupled to the plurality of cylinders and configured to facilitate an entry or an exit of gases from the plurality of cylinders;
• and
• a support structure for supporting the conduit, the support structure including:
• a bracket assembly, the bracket assembly including:
• a platform extending parallel to the conduit and support the conduit, the platform having a first side and a second side disposed parallel to the first side and spaced apart from the first side;
• a pair of brackets coupled to the first side, each bracket including:
• a first lateral post coupled to the platform;
• a second lateral post coupled to the engine block;
• a first longitudinal post and a second longitudinal post, each extending from the first lateral post to the second lateral post, wherein a lateral distance between the first longitudinal post and the second longitudinal post increases in a direction away from the first lateral post toward the second lateral post;
• and
• a stiffener connecting the first longitudinal post and the second longitudinal post;
• and
• a pair of fixtures coupled to the second side, each fixture including:
• a pair of legs disposed spaced apart from each other and coupled to the platform;
• and
• a web structure including a central portion and a plurality of stems connected to the pair of legs.
