An organic electronic material comprising the following structural formula (I):

- R1-R17 independently represent hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, C2-C8 substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, C2-C8 substituted or an unsubstituted alkynyl, C1-C4 alkyl substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, C1-C4 alkyl substituted or unsubstituted naphthyl, or combined C1-C4 alkyl substituted or unsubstituted fluorenyl;
- and
- Ar1-Ar3 independently represent C1-C4 alkyl substituted phenyl, phenyl, pyridyl.
