A crystalline form of 1-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-N-((1R,5S,7S)-9-methyl-3-oxa-9-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-7-yl)-1H-indole-3-carboxamide, free base, which is characterized by a powder X-ray diffraction pattern obtained using a copper X-ray source, the powder X-ray diffraction pattern comprising peaks at 8.13±0.2 degrees 2-theta and 18.39±0.2 degrees 2-theta and the powder X-ray diffraction pattern further comprising one or more peaks selected from 17.01±0.2 degrees 2-theta, 17.49±0.2 degrees 2-theta, and 20.91±0.2 degrees 2-theta.
