Abstract
A system for and method of cleaving a bond between a first atom and a second atom in a molecule of a material are presented. One embodiment of the technique includes selecting a first electromagnetic radiation frequency, the first electromagnetic radiation frequency including a product of a golden mean and a base frequency associated with at least one of the first atom and the second atom. Such an embodiment further includes directing a first electromagnetic radiation at the material, where the first electromagnetic radiation has a frequency equal to the first electromagnetic radiation frequency, and where the first electromagnetic radiation frequency is sufficient to cleave the bond between the first atom and the second atom.
Claims21
A method of cleaving a bond between a first atom and a second atom in a molecule of a material, the method comprising:
- calculating a first electromagnetic radiation frequency, using an equation comprising a product of a golden mean and a base frequency associated with at least one of the first atom and the second atom, wherein the base frequency is based on a maximum wavelength of absorption for the at least one of the first atom and the second atom;
- directing the first electromagnetic radiation frequency at the material and causing the liquid to cavitate, the first electromagnetic radiation frequency having a frequency equal to the first electromagnetic radiation frequency, wherein the first electromagnetic radiation frequency is sufficient to cleave the bond between the first atom and the second atom,
- wherein the material is a liquid,
- and the first electromagnetic radiation frequency (ν1) is defined by the equation:
- ν1=Afr·Φn·e·10m
- wherein Afr is a base frequency associated with either the first or second atom, Φ is a golden mean, e is a natural log base, n is an integer, and m is an integer.
A method of electrolyzing water, the method comprising:
- frequency (ν1) is defined by the equation:
- ν1=Afr·Φn·e·10m
- wherein Afr is a base frequency associated with either the first or second atom, Φ is a golden mean, e is a natural log base, n is a nonnegative integer, and m is a nonnegative integer;
- selecting a second frequency (ν2) defined by the equation:
- ν2=Bfr·Φj·e·10k,
- wherein Bfr is a base frequency associated with either the first or second atom, Φ is a golden mean, e is a natural log base, j is a nonnegative integer, and k is a nonnegative integer;
- causing the water to cavitate;
- directing a first electromagnetic radiation having the first frequency at the water;
- directing a second electromagnetic radiation having the second frequency at the water, wherein the step of directing the first electromagnetic radiation occurs substantially simultaneously with the step of directing the second electromagnetic radiation;
- and
- causing electrical current to flow through the water.
