Abstract

Provided herein is a composition and a method for treating nucleic acid-related eye disease.

Dependent claims

A method for the treatment of an intraocular bacterial infection, comprising administering a composition comprising a nuclease and an ophthalmic excipient to the eye in an amount effective to treat the infection, wherein the composition is injected into the eye.
