Abstract
A novel compound able to inhibit JAK is disclosed, that comprises a compound according to Formula I: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound may be prepared as a pharmaceutical composition, and may be used for the treatment of a variety of conditions in mammals including humans, including by way of non-limiting example, inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, proliferative diseases, transplantation rejection, diseases involving impairment of cartilage turnover, congenital cartilage malformations, and/or diseases associated with hypersecretion of IL6.

A method for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis, comprising:
- administering to a subject in need thereof an amount of a compound according to Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof sufficient to effect said treatment.
A method for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis, comprising:
- administering to a subject in need thereof an amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a pharmaceutically effective amount of a compound according to Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, sufficient to effect said treatment.
A method for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis, comprising:
- administering to a subject in need thereof an amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, a pharmaceutically effective amount of a compound according to Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a further therapeutic agent, sufficient to effect said treatment.
