## Abstract

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for configuring an activated SCell with PUCCH resource in a carrier aggregation system, the method comprising: configuring with a Secondary Cell (SCell); receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling indicating that Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource is configured for the SCell; configuring the PUCCH resource with the SCell according to the RRC signaling; and disabling a SCell deactivation timer associated with the SCell if the SCell deactivation timer associated with the SCell is running when the RRC signaling is received.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method for disabling a Secondary cell (SCell) deactivation timer related to an SCell in a wireless communication system, the method performed by a User Equipment (UE) and comprising:
receiving Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling including information that a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) is configured for the SCell;
configuring the PUCCH based on the received RRC signaling;
disabling the SCell deactivation timer if the SCell deactivation timer is running when the RRC signaling is received; and
activating the SCell if the SCell deactivation timer is not running when the RRC signaling is received.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, further comprising re-activating the SCell while keeping the SCell deactivation timer disabled after disabling the SCell deactivation timer.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, further comprising stopping the SCell deactivation timer before disabling the SCell deactivation timer.

### Claim 4 (depends on 2)

The method according to claim 2, further comprising transmitting a Sounding Reference Signal on the SCell, transmitting channel status information for the SCell, monitoring a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on the SCell, or monitoring the PDCCH for a plurality of SCells while the SCell is re-activated.

### Claim 5 (depends on 2)

The method according to claim 2, further comprising triggering a Power Headroom Report when the SCell is re-activated.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, further comprising setting a value of the SCell deactivation timer to infinity when the SCell deactivation timer is disabled.

### Claim 7

A User Equipment (UE) for disabling a Secondary cell (SCell) deactivation timer related to an SCell in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:
a receiver configured to receive information; and
a processor configured to:
control the receiver to receive Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling including information that a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) is configured for the SCell;
configure the PUCCH based on the received RRC signaling;
disable the SCell deactivation timer if the SCell deactivation timer is running when the RRC signaling is received; and
activate the SCell if the SCell deactivation timer is not running when the RRC signaling is received.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The UE according to claim 7, wherein the processor is further configured to re-activate the SCell while keeping the SCell deactivation timer disabled after disabling the SCell deactivation timer.

### Claim 9 (depends on 7)

The UE according to claim 7, wherein the processor is further configured to stop the SCell deactivation timer before disabling the SCell deactivation timer.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)

The UE according to claim 8, further comprising a transmitter configured to transmit information, wherein the processor is further configured to control the transmitter to transmit a Sounding Reference Signal on the SCell, control the transmitter to transmit channel status information for the SCell, monitor a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on the SCell, or monitor the PDCCH for a plurality of SCells while the SCell is re-activated.

### Claim 11 (depends on 8)

The UE according to claim 8, wherein the processor is further configured to trigger a Power Headroom Report when the SCell is re-activated.

### Claim 12 (depends on 7)

The UE according to claim 7, wherein the processor is further configured to set a value of the SCell deactivation timer to infinity when the SCell deactivation timer is disabled.
