Abstract
An approach is provided in which an information handling system identifies registration-based messages sent from multiple application services over a computer network to a mobile device. The registration-based messages correspond to registering a first mobile number assigned to the mobile device to the multiple application services. The information handling system combines registration information extracted from each of the registration-based messages into a set of registration results and provides the set of registration results to a user assigned to the mobile number.
Claims20
A method implemented by an information handling system that includes a memory and a processor, the method comprising:
- identifying a plurality of registration-based messages sent from a plurality of services over a computer network to a mobile device, wherein the plurality of registration-based messages correspond to registering a first mobile number assigned to the mobile device to the plurality of services, and wherein the identifying of the plurality of registration-based messages further comprises:
- collecting, from a plurality of service providers, a plurality of incoming messages sent to the first mobile number;
- and
- filtering the plurality of incoming messages based on comparing the plurality of incoming messages to a set of registration terms and a set of promotional terms;
- combining registration information extracted from each of the plurality of registration-based messages into a set of registration results;
- and
- providing the set of registration results to a user assigned to the mobile number.
An information handling system comprising:
- one or more processors;
- a memory coupled to at least one of the processors;
- a set of computer program instructions stored in the memory and executed by at least one of the processors in order to perform actions of:
- identifying a plurality of registration-based messages sent from a plurality of services over a computer network to a mobile device, wherein the plurality of registration-based messages correspond to registering a first mobile number assigned to the mobile device to the plurality of services, and wherein the identifying of the plurality of registration-based messages further comprises:
- collecting, from a plurality of service providers, a plurality of incoming messages sent to the first mobile number;
- and
- filtering the plurality of incoming messages based on comparing the plurality of incoming messages to a set of registration terms and a set of promotional terms;
- combining registration information extracted from each of the plurality of registration-based messages into a set of registration results;
- and
- providing the set of registration results to a user assigned to the mobile number.
A computer program product stored in a computer readable storage medium, comprising computer program code that, when executed by an information handling system, causes the information handling system to perform actions comprising:
- identifying a plurality of registration-based messages sent from a plurality of services over a computer network to a mobile device, wherein the plurality of registration-based messages correspond to registering a first mobile number assigned to the mobile device to the plurality of services, and wherein the identifying of the plurality of registration-based messages further comprises:
- collecting, from a plurality of service providers, a plurality of incoming messages sent to the first mobile number;
- and
- filtering the plurality of incoming messages based on comparing the plurality of incoming messages to a set of registration terms and a set of promotional terms;
- combining registration information extracted from each of the plurality of registration-based messages into a set of registration results;
- and
- providing the set of registration results to a user assigned to the mobile number.
