Abstract
The invention relates to a compound comprising the following general formula (1) for use in the treatment of psychiatric or neurological disorders and inflammation, in particular neuroinflammation: (1) wherein each of R1, R2 and R3 are selected independently from each other from alkyl, alkoxy, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heterocycle or heteroaryl.

A method for treating neuroinflammation comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to the following formula (1) to a patient in need of such treatment:

- —OH, and
- with at least one of X1 or X2 being selected from
- —Rc with each Rc being selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C8 alkenyl, or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C8 alkynyl, or
- —ORc with each Rc being selected from a unsubstituted C3-C4 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C8 alkenyl, or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C8 alkynyl, or
- F, Br or I, wherein
- the other one of X1 or X2 being selected from
- F, Cl, Br, I, —Rc or —ORc or -NRc2, and with each Rc being selected independently from each other from
