Abstract
The pressure-sensitive adhesive film according to the present invention comprises a resin film as a substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided at least on a face of the resin film. The resin film has a multi-layer constitution consisting of at least two layers. The resin film has a laser beam reflectance of 5% or higher, but 40% or lower in a wavelength range of 1000 nm to 1100 nm, and has a laser beam transmittance of 5% or lower in the said wavelength range.
Claims18
A pressure-sensitive adhesive film comprising a resin film as a substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided at least on a face of the resin film, wherein:
- the resin film has a bi-layer constitution consisting of a first layer and a second layer,
- wherein the first layer is placed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive side,
- the first layer contains a black-based laser beam-absorbing agent,
- the second layer contains a white-based laser beam-absorbing agent, and
- the resin film has a laser beam reflectance of 5% or higher, but 40% or lower in a wavelength range of 1000 nm to 1100 nm, has a laser beam transmittance of 5% or lower in the said wavelength range, and is capable of being cut by a laser beam having a center wavelength of 1000 nm to 1100 nm.
A pressure-sensitive adhesive film capable of being cut with a laser beam having a center wavelength of 1000 nm to 1100 nm, the pressure-sensitive adhesive film comprising:
- a resin film as a substrate, the resin film having a front face and a back face positioned opposite to the front face, the resin film having a bi-layer constitution consisting of a first layer constituting the first face and a second layer constituting the second face;
- and
- a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the front face of the resin film, wherein
- the resin film has a laser beam reflectance of 5% or higher, but 40% or lower in a wavelength range of 1000 nm to 1100 nm, and has a laser beam transmittance of 5% or lower in the wavelength range,
- the front face of the resin film has a lightness L* of 25 or lower, the back face of the resin film has a lightness L* of 65 or higher, and the front face and the back face of the resin film differ in the lightness L* by 20 or larger, wherein the lightness L* is defined by the L*a*b* color space,
- each layer constituting the resin film comprises a resin component, with the resin component being a polyolefin resin or a polyester resin,
- the first layer contains as a black-based laser beam-absorbing agent a carbon black having an average particle diameter of 10 nm to 500 nm,
- the second layer contains at least one white-based laser beam-absorbing agent selected from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, silica, and titanium oxide, the white-based laser beam-absorbing agent having an average particle diameter of 0.01 μm to 5 μm,
- the second layer further contains an organic compound which is a laser beam-absorbing agent different from the black-based laser beam-absorbing agent and the white-based laser beam-absorbing agent, the organic compound being an organic quaterrylene bisimide,
- the first layer is thicker than the second layer, and the thickness of the second layer is 25 μm or smaller, and
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of natural rubber, polybutadiene, polyisoprene, butyl rubber, styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-ethylene/butylene random copolymer, ethylene propylene rubber, propylene butene rubber, and ethylene propylene butene rubber.
