Aqueous cosmetic composition comprising alkylcellulose, non-volatile oils, at least one wax and at least one particular hydrophilic gelling agent

A cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium for lips:

• water;
• an alkylcellulose selected from the group consisting of ethylcellulose and propylcellulose;
• at least one first hydrocarbon-based non-volatile oil that is liquid at a temperature of 25° C. and atmospheric pressure of 760 mmHg selected from the group consisting of:
• a C10 to C26 alcohol;
• a monoester of a C2 to C8 monocarboxylic acid and of a C2 to C8 alcohol;
• a monoester of a C2 to C8 polycarboxylic acid and of a C2 to C8 alcohol;
• a diester of a C2 to C8 monocarboxylic acid and of a C2 to C8 alcohol;
• a diester of a C2 to C8 polycarboxylic acid and of a C2 to C8 alcohol;
• triester of C2 to C8 monocarboxylic acid and of a C2 to C8 alcohol;
• a triester of polycarboxylic acid and of a C2 to C8 alcohol;
• and an ester of a C2 to C8 polyol and of one or more C2 to C8 carboxylic acids;
• at least one second non-volatile oil selected from the group consisting of a silicone oil, a fluoro oil, and a hydrocarbon-based oil other than the first hydrocarbon-based oil;
• a wax;
• and
• a hydrophilic gelling agent that is a nonionic associative polymer of a polyurethane type comprising at least one polyoxyethylene chain,
• wherein the cosmetic composition is in a form of a lipstick or a lip balm and suitable to be applied to the lips.
