Carton with tamper resistant features

A carrier for holding a plurality of containers, the carrier comprising:

• a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carrier, the plurality of panels comprising a bottom panel, at least one front panel, at least one back panel, at least two side panels, and at least one central panel dividing the interior of the carrier into a front portion and a back portion;
• at least one front divider flap foldably connected to the at least one central panel and extending to the at least one front panel to divide the front portion into at least one front container-receiving space,
• at least one back divider flap is foldably connected to the at least one central panel and extending to the at least one back panel to divide the back portion into at least one back container-receiving space,
• at least one retention flap foldably connected to at least one of the at least one front panel, the at least one back panel, the at least two side panels, and the at least one central panel, the at least one retention flap engages a respective container of the plurality of containers and provides stability to the respective container in one of the at least one front container-receiving space and at least one back container-receiving space;
• wherein that at least two side panels comprises a first side panel, a second side panel, a third side panel, and a fourth side panel, the at least one back panel comprises a first back panel and a second back panel, the at least one front container-receiving space comprises a front container-receiving space at least partially defined by the central panel, the at least one front panel, the first side panel, and the second side panel, and the at least one back container receiving space comprises a first back container-receiving space at least partially defined by the central panel, the first back panel, and the third side panel, and a second back container-receiving space adjacent the first back container-receiving space and at least partially defined by the central panel, the second back panel, and the fourth side panel.

A carrier for holding a plurality of containers, the carrier comprising:

• a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carrier, the plurality of panels comprising a bottom panel, at least one front panel, at least one back panel, at least two side panels, and at least one central panel dividing the interior of the carrier into a front portion and a back portion;
• at least one front divider flap foldably connected to the at least one central panel and extending to the at least one front panel to divide the front portion into at least one front container-receiving space;
• at least one back divider flap is foldably connected to the at least one central panel and extending to the at least one back panel to divide the back portion into at least one back container-receiving space;
• and
• at least a first retention flap and a second retention flap, the first retention flap is foldably connected to a first panel, the second retention flap is foldably connected to a second panel, the first panel is one of the at least one front panel and the at least one back panel, the second panel is one of the at least two side panels, and the first panel and the second panel are nonparallel to one another, each of the first retention flap and the second retention flap engages a respective container of the plurality of containers and provides stability to the respective container in one of the at least one front container-receiving space and at least one back container-receiving space;
• wherein the at least one front container-receiving space and the at least one back container-receiving space are substantially open along a top edge of the carrier when the first retention flap and the second retention flap engage the respective containers of the plurality of containers.
