Abstract
A system and method for filling pot holes. The system includes transferring aggregate from an aggregate tank. Activator is likewise transferred from an activator tank. The activator is mixed with the aggregate to form a homogenized mixture. A liquid is introduced into a homogenized mixture to form a slurry and then a pot hole filler. The pot hole filler is directed through an exit end of a mixing tube.
Claims4
A system for a pot hole filler, said system comprising:
- a bucket;
- a bladder comprising a Part A;
- a sack comprising a Part B;
- wherein said bladder and said sack are stored within said bucket;
- wherein Part A comprises an asphalt emulsion and a latex polymer;
- wherein Part B comprises an aggregate;
- and
- wherein said pot hole filler comprises an asphalt emulsion to latex polymer ratio of between about 1.1:1 to 1.4:1.
