System and method of enhancing leads

A method of generating vendor leads comprising:

• accessing one or more computer readable storage devices configured to store:
• a plurality of computer executable instructions;
• a first set of vendor criteria to be applied to consumer characteristics in identifying leads of interest to respective vendors;
• and
• a second set of vendor criteria to be applied to consumer characteristics in identifying leads of interest to respective vendors, the second set of vendor criteria associated with consumer characteristics that are different than the first set of vendor criteria;
• generate an electronic visualization interface configured to render on a user device and to receive basic consumer characteristics;
• electronically receive, via the electronic visualization interface, a first set of basic consumer characteristics during a user session, wherein the first set of basic consumer characteristics comprises sufficient information for a useful lead and does not comprise any sensitive information of a consumer;
• storing the first set of consumer characteristics in a consumer profile in a consumer characteristics database;
• comparing the first set of consumer characteristics with the first set of vendor criteria to match the consumer with a first group of one or more vendors, wherein the first set of vendor criteria is applied to consumer characteristics in identifying leads of interest to respective vendors;
• updating the electronic visualization interface to display at least a portion of the first group of vendors during the user session;
• providing via the electronic visualization interface, an option for the consumer to provide a second set of consumer characteristics;
• if the consumer chooses to only provide the first set of consumer characteristics, transmitting the consumer profile to one or more vendors of the matched first group of one or more vendors;
• and
• if the consumer chooses to provide the second set of consumer characteristics:
• receiving, via the electronic visualization interface, the second set of consumer characteristics during the user session, wherein the second set of consumer characteristics comprises sensitive information related to the consumer;
• based on at least some of the second set of consumer characteristics, requesting a third set of consumer characteristics from one or more third party systems;
• generating an enhanced consumer profile including the first set of basic consumer characteristics, the second set of consumer characteristics, and the third set of consumer characteristics;
• comparing the enhanced consumer profile with the second set of vendor criteria to match the consumer with a second group of one or more vendors, wherein the second set of vendor criteria is associated with additional consumer characteristics different from the first set of vendor criteria;
• updating the electronic visualization interface to display at least a portion of the second group of vendors during the user session;
• and
• transmitting the enhanced consumer profile to one or more vendors of the second group of vendors.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium that stores computer-executable instructions that are configured, when executed by a processor of a computing system, to perform the operations of:

• accessing one or more computer readable storage devices configured to store:
• a plurality of computer executable instructions;
• a first set of vendor criteria to be applied to consumer characteristics in identifying leads of interest to respective vendors;
• and
• a second set of vendor criteria to be applied to consumer characteristics in identifying leads of interest to respective vendors, the second set of vendor criteria associated with consumer characteristics that are different than the first set of vendor criteria;
• generate an electronic visualization interface configured to render on a user device and to receive basic consumer characteristics;
• electronically receive, via the electronic visualization interface, a first set of basic consumer characteristics during a user session, wherein the first set of basic consumer characteristics comprises sufficient information for a useful lead and does not comprise any sensitive information of a consumer;
• storing the first set of consumer characteristics in a consumer profile in a consumer characteristics database;
• comparing the first set of consumer characteristics with the first set of vendor criteria to match the consumer with a first group of one or more vendors, wherein the first set of vendor criteria is applied to consumer characteristics in identifying leads of interest to respective vendors;
• updating the electronic visualization interface to display at least a portion of the first group of vendors during the user session;
• providing via the electronic visualization interface, an option for the consumer to provide a second set of consumer characteristics;
• if the consumer chooses to only provide the first set of consumer characteristics, transmitting the consumer profile to one or more vendors of the matched first group of one or more vendors;
• and
• if the consumer chooses to provide the second set of consumer characteristics:
• receiving, via the electronic visualization interface, the second set of consumer characteristics during the user session, wherein the second set of consumer characteristics comprises sensitive information related to the consumer;
• based on at least some of the second set of consumer characteristics, requesting a third set of consumer characteristics from one or more third party systems;
• generating an enhanced consumer profile including the first set of basic consumer characteristics, the second set of consumer characteristics, and the third set of consumer characteristics;
• comparing the enhanced consumer profile with the second set of vendor criteria to match the consumer with a second group of one or more vendors, wherein the second set of vendor criteria is associated with additional consumer characteristics different from the first set of vendor criteria;
• updating the electronic visualization interface to display at least a portion of the second group of vendors during the user session;
• and
• transmitting the enhanced consumer profile to one or more vendors of the second group of vendors.
