Abstract
A novel soybean variety, designated 5PBDN11 is provided. Also provided are the seeds of soybean variety 5PBDN11, cells from soybean variety 5PBDN11, plants of soybean 5PBDN11, and plant parts of soybean variety 5PBDN11. Methods provided include producing a soybean plant by crossing soybean variety 5PBDN11 with another soybean plant, methods for introgressing a transgenic trait, a mutant trait, and/or a native trait into soybean variety 5PBDN11, methods for producing other soybean varieties or plant parts derived from soybean variety 5PBDN11, and methods of characterizing soybean variety 5PBDN11. Soybean seed, cells, plants, germplasm, breeding lines, varieties, and plant parts produced by these methods and/or derived from soybean variety 5PBDN11 are further provided.

A plant or a seed of soybean variety 5PBDN11, representative seed of the variety having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-125151.
A converted seed, plant, plant part or plant cell of soybean variety 5PBDN11, representative seed of the soybean variety 5PBDN11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-125151, wherein the converted seed, plant, plant part or plant cell of soybean variety 5PBDN11 comprises a single locus conversion.
A soybean plant expressing all the physiological and morphological characteristics of soybean variety 5PBDN11, or a part thereof, representative seed of the variety having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-125151.
