Portable electronic device and touch module controlling method thereof

A touch module controlling method of a portable electronic device, comprising:

• providing a portable electronic device, wherein the portable electronic device comprises a first body and a second body pivoted and electrically connected to the first body, the second body comprises a processing unit, a touch module, a first touch panel, a keyboard module and at least one detecting module, wherein the touch module, the first touch panel, the keyboard module and the at least one detecting module are electrically connected to the processing unit, respectively, and the keyboard module is slidably disposed above the first touch panel to cover or expose the first touch panel;
• the at least one detecting module detecting whether the keyboard module is located at a first position or a second position, wherein when the keyboard module is located at the first position, the keyboard module covers the first touch panel, and when the keyboard module is located at the second position, the keyboard module exposes the first touch panel;
• if the keyboard module is located at the first position, then the at least one detecting module transmits a first signal to the processing unit to turn on the touch module;
• and
• if the keyboard module is located at the second position, then the at least one detecting module transmits a second signal to the processing unit to turn off the touch module,
• wherein the second body further comprises a second touch panel electrically connected to the processing unit, the keyboard module is slidably disposed above the second touch panel, in the step of the at least one detecting module transmitting the first signal to the processing unit, the first touch panel is turned off and the second touch panel is turned on, and in the step of the at least one detecting module transmitting the second signal to the processing unit, the first touch panel is turned on and the second touch panel is turned off.
