Lens array substrate, method of manufacturing lens array substrate, electro-optical device, and electronic apparatus

A lens array substrate comprising:

• a substrate;
• and
• a first lens, a second lens, and a third lens that are each disposed on the substrate, the second lens being disposed adjacent to the first lens in a first direction and the third lens being disposed adjacent to the first lens in a second direction which obliquely intersects the first direction;
• wherein
• the first lens includes a first layer and a second layer which is disposed between the first layer and the substrate,
• a surface of the lens array substrate has a substantially flat surface,
• the substrate, the first layer, and the second layer are exposed to the surface of the lens array substrate,
• the second layer, the first layer, and the second layer are sequentially exposed to the surface of the lens array substrate in this order between a center of the first lens and a center of the second lens, and
• the second layer, the first layer, the substrate, the first layer, and the second layer are sequentially exposed to the surface of the lens array substrate in this order between the center of the first lens and a center of the third lens.
