Abstract
The invention relates to methods for treating neurogenic orthostatic hypotension and symptoms thereof using 4-[2-(2,4,6-trifluorophenoxymethyl)phenyl]piperidine or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof.

A method for treating neurogenic orthostatic hypotension and the symptoms thereof in a human patient, the method comprising administering to the patient a compound of formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein the patient has multiple system atrophy, pure autonomic failure, or Parkinson's disease.
A method for treating neurogenic orthostatic hypotension and the symptoms thereof in a human patient, the method comprising administering to the patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically-acceptable carrier and a compound of formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein the patient has multiple system atrophy, pure autonomic failure, or Parkinson's disease.
