Abstract
Provided is a dry coated tablet showing high stability of the active ingredient (proton pump inhibitor, acetylsalicylic acid), which stably and rapidly expresses the pharmacological effect of the active ingredient after administration. A dry coated tablet having an inner core and an outer layer, wherein the inner core is an enteric-coated tablet containing acetylsalicylic acid, and the outer layer contains enteric micro granules containing a proton pump inhibitor.
Claims10
A dry coated tablet having an inner core and an outer layer, and a tablet strength of 40-200 N,
- wherein the tablet is a plain tablet, the inner core is an enteric-coated tablet containing acetylsalicylic acid, and the outer layer contains enteric micro granules containing a proton pump inhibitor,
- wherein the proton pump inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of lansoprazole, omeprazole, rabeprazole, and pantoprazole, or an optically active form thereof or a salt thereof,
- wherein the enteric coating in the inner core comprises a methacrylic acid copolymer LD and an ethyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate copolymer, and
- wherein the acetylsalicylic acid and the proton pump inhibitor each show an acid resistance rate of not more than 10%.
A method of producing a dry coated tablet having a tablet strength of 40-200 N, comprising mixing enteric micro granules containing a proton pump inhibitor with a diluent, granulating the mixture, and tableting the obtained granules together with an enteric-coated tablet containing acetylsalicylic acid and an optionally added additive,
- wherein the proton pump inhibitor is selected from lansoprazole, omeprazole, rabeprazole, and pantoprazole, or an optically active form thereof or a salt thereof,
- wherein the enteric coating in the enteric-coated tablet comprises a methacrylic acid copolymer LD and an ethyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate copolymer, and
- wherein the acetylsalicylic acid and the proton pump inhibitor in the dry-coated tablet each show an acid resistance rate of not more than 10%.
