Abstract
The present invention provides novel DNA molecules and constructs, including their nucleotide sequences, useful for modulating gene expression in plants and plant cells. The invention also provides transgenic plants, plant cells, plant parts, seeds, and commodity products comprising the DNA molecules operably linked to heterologous transcribable polynucleotides, along with methods of their use.
Claims17
A DNA molecule comprising a sequence selected from the group consisting of:
- a) a sequence with at least 90 percent sequence identity any of SEQ ID NOs:
- 79, 80, 99, 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, and 115, wherein said sequence has gene-regulatory activity;
- b) a sequence comprising any of SEQ ID NOs:
- 79, 80, 99, 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, and 115;
- and
- c) a fragment of any of SEQ ID NOs:
- 79, 80, 99, 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, and 115, wherein the fragment comprises SEQ ID NO:
- 86, and wherein the fragment has gene-regulatory activity;
- wherein said sequence is operably linked to a heterologous transcribable polynucleotide molecule.

- 79, 80, 99, 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, and 115, wherein said sequence has gene-regulatory activity;
- b) a sequence comprising any of SEQ ID NOs:
- 79, 80, 99, 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, and 115;
- and
- c) a fragment of any of SEQ ID NOs:
- 79, 80, 99, 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, and 115, wherein the fragment comprises SEQ ID NO:
- 86, and wherein the fragment has gene-regulatory activity;
- wherein said sequence is operably linked to a heterologous transcribable polynucleotide molecule.
