A water dispersion of gel particles,

• wherein the gel particles having a three-dimensional crosslinked structure including at least one of a polymer structure represented by Formula (1) or a polymer structure represented by Formula (2), having a hydrophilic group and a polymerizable group, and including photopolymerization initiators are dispersed in water,
• in Formula (1), P1 represents a polymer chain consisting of polyester, polycarbonate, polycaprolactone, polybutadiene, polyisoprene, or polyolefin and having a number-average molecular weight of 500 or greater,
• in Formula (1), Z11 represents a (n1+1)-valent organic group, Z12 represents a (m1+1)-valent organic group, and n1 and m1 each independently represent an integer of 1 or greater,
• in Formula (2), P2 represents a polymer chain consisting of polyurethane, polyester, polycarbonate, polycaprolactone, polybutadiene, polyisoprene, or polyolefin and having a number-average molecular weight of 500 or greater,
• in Formula (2), X1 represents a single bond, a —CH2— group, or a —NH— group, R1 represents a hydrocarbon group that may include a hetero atom, Z21 represents a (n2+1)-valent organic group, and n2 represents an integer of 1 or greater, and
• in Formulae (1) and (2), * represents a bonding position;
• and
• wherein a number-average molecular weight of the polymer chain represented by P1 is 1,000 to 40,000, and a number-average molecular weight of the polymer chain represented by P2 is 1,000 to 40,000.
