A modified polysaccharide selectively modified at its reducing end by conjugation with a single aminoxy-Regioselective Addressable Functionalized Template (RAFT) peptide, wherein said RAFT peptide is a biologically active linear or cyclic RAFT peptide comprising the sequence GGGKGGGRGDY (SEQ ID NO:
