Abstract
The invention provides dual specific anti-FGFR2 and FGFR3 (FGFR2/3) antibodies, and compositions comprising and methods of using these antibodies.
Claims10
An isolated antibody, or antigen-binding portion thereof, that binds to FGFR2 and FGFR3, wherein binding of the antibody, or antigen-binding portion thereof, to FGFR1 or FGFR4 is not detectable by surface plasmon resonance, and wherein the antibody, or antigen-binding portion thereof, comprises:
- a. a heavy chain variable region CDR1 domain comprising an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 4 and 10;
- b. a heavy chain variable region CDR2 domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 5;
- c. a heavy chain variable region CDR3 domain comprising an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
