Abstract
Methods and compositions for the treatment of liver conditions are provided, such methods and compositions comprising Notch2 antagonists, e.g., anti-Notch2 antibodies. Liver conditions include, but are not limited to, chronic liver disease.

A method of treating a liver condition characterized by liver damage, the method comprising administering to a patient having such condition an effective amount of a Notch2-specific antagonist, wherein the liver condition is acetaminophen toxicity.
