• X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 are each independently N, O, S or CH;

• X4 and X5 combine to form a five membered ring comprising one or more of heteroatoms each independently selected from N, O and S and the additional five membered ring may be further optionally substituted with one or more of the group selected from F, Cl, Br, I, CF3 and C1-6 alkyl;
• wherein “” is a single or a double bond
• R1 and R2 is independently selected from the group comprising —H, —O, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6alkoxy, —(CH2)n, amino, —CO, —CONH, —NH(Alkyl), —N(Alkyl)2, —NH-aralkyl, —CH2O, —OCH(CH3), halogen, COOR3, —CONR3R4, and NR3COR4;
• R3 and R4 is independently selected from the group comprising hydrogen and C1-6 straight chain or branched chain alkyl which may be further substituted with halogen or C1-6 alkyl;
• n is 0, 1, 2 or 3;
