Cellular entry of the DNA is accelerated as compared to other vaccines that do not contain the vaccine facilitator.
Claims17
An immunogenic composition capable of eliciting an immune response against a desired cancer or infectious disease associated with M2, LACK, HBV, neuraminidase, hemagglutinin, comprising an immunogenic facilitator and a DNA encoding an antigenic peptide, wherein the immunogenic facilitator is a Na/K pump inhibitor selected from the group consisting of 5-(N-ethyl-N-isopropyl_amiloride (EIPA), benzamil, and amiloride, wherein the antigenic peptide is selected from the group consisting of M2, LACK, HBV, neuraminidase, hemagglutinin, a variant thereof, and a consensus thereof.
