Abstract
In a transmission circuit that transmits transmission data using an amplitude shift modulation method (ASK modulation method) for changing an amplitude of carrier waves based on the transmission data or a transmission system that uses the transmission circuit, a phase of the carrier waves is changed based on the transmission data to suppress an irradiation of carrier wave components.

A transmission circuit, comprising:
- circuitry configured to:
- superimpose information on transmission data,
- wherein the information is superimposed on a first amplitude of a carrier wave such that a phase of the carrier wave is uninvolved with the superimposed information;
- change the phase of the carrier wave based on the transmission data;
- and
- change a second amplitude of the phase changed carrier wave.

- in a transmission circuit:
- superimposing information on transmission data,
