Preferred criteria may be selected by the user, for example, or a third party, and provide objective or subjective information that the user is seeking in a location. Embodiments may include compiling objective information with the location and comparing the objective information to preferred criteria. A user's profile may be compared to another person's profile, where the other person's profile is associated to the location. A location may be recommended to the user if the objective information correlates to the preferred criteria and if the other person's profile correlates to the user's profile. Subjective information associated with the location may be provided to the user along with the recommended location. Furthermore, a location may be recommended to the user if the subjective information correlates to the preferred criteria. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A computer-implemented method for recommending a property listing, the method being executed by one or more processors and comprising: compiling subjective information associated with the property listing; receiving preferred criteria from a user device; receiving, from the user device, a selection of items in a user profile; and transmitting the property listing to the user device based on a determination that the compiled subjective information associated with the property listing correlates to the preferred criteria and the selection of items in the user profile correlates to the selection of items in other user profiles, wherein the other user profiles are associated with other locations in proximity to the property listing. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The computer-implemented method of claim 1, further comprising receiving the user profile from the user device. ### Claim 3 (depends on 1) The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein the selection of items comprises a ranked list of items. ### Claim 4 (depends on 3) The computer-implemented method of claim 3, wherein the correlation between the selection of items in the user profile and the selection of items from the other user profiles is determined according to a ranking of the ranked list of items. ### Claim 5 (depends on 1) The computer-implemented method of claim 1, further comprising compiling objective information associated with the property listing, wherein transmitting the property listing to the user device is further based on a determination the objective information associated with the property listing correlates to the preferred criteria. ### Claim 6 (depends on 1) The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein the preferred criteria are generated based on the user profile. ### Claim 7 (depends on 3) The computer-implemented method of claim 3, wherein a portion of the compiled subjective information is provided by a social network. ### Claim 8 (depends on 1) The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein the property listing is a single property location. ### Claim 9 (depends on 1) The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein the property listing is located in a neighborhood. ### Claim 10 One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media coupled to one or more processors and having instructions stored thereon which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations for recommending a property listing the operations comprising: compiling subjective information associated with the property listing; receiving preferred criteria from a user device; receiving, from the user device, a selection of items in a user profile; and transmitting the property listing to the user device based on a determination that the compiled subjective information associated with the property listing correlates to the preferred criteria and the selection of items in the user profile correlates to the selection of items in other user profiles, wherein the other user profiles are associated with other locations in proximity to the property listing. ### Claim 11 (depends on 10) The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media of claim 10, wherein the selection of items comprises a ranked list of items. ### Claim 12 (depends on 11) The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media of claim 11, wherein the correlation between the selection of items in the user profile and the selection of items from the other user profiles is determined according to a ranking of the ranked list of items. ### Claim 13 (depends on 10) The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media of claim 10, wherein the operations further comprise compiling objective information associated with the property listing, wherein transmitting the property listing to the user device is further based on a determination the objective information associated with the property listing correlates to the preferred criteria. ### Claim 14 (depends on 13) The one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media of claim 13, wherein the property listing is transmitted to the user device within a list of property listings, and wherein the property listing is ranked within the list of property listings relative to other property listings in the list of property listings based on a level of correlation between the preferred criteria and the compiled objective information associated with the property listing. ### Claim 15 A system, comprising: one or more processors; and a computer-readable storage device coupled to the one or more processors and having instructions stored thereon which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations for recommending a property listing, the operations comprising: compiling subjective information associated with the property listing; compiling objective information associated with the property listing; receiving preferred criteria from a user device; receiving, from the user device, a selection of items in a user profile; and transmitting the property listing to the user device based on a determination that the compiled subjective information associated with the property listing correlates to the preferred criteria, the compiled objective information associated with the property listing correlates to the preferred criteria and the selection of items in the user profile correlates to the selection of items in other user profiles, wherein the other user profiles are associated with other locations in proximity to the property listing. ### Claim 16 (depends on 15) The system of claim 15, wherein the selection of items comprises a ranked list of items. ### Claim 17 (depends on 16) The system of claim 16, wherein the correlation between the selection of items in the user profile and the selection of items from the other user profiles is determined according to a ranking of the ranked list of items. ### Claim 18 (depends on 15) The system of claim 15, wherein the preferred criteria are generated based on the user profile. ### Claim 19 (depends on 15) The system of claim 15, wherein the property listing is transmitted to the user device within a list of property listings, and wherein the property listing is ranked within the list of property listings relative to other property listings in the list of property listings based on a level of correlation between the preferred criteria and the compiled objective information associated with the property listing. ### Claim 20 (depends on 15) The system of claim 15, wherein the property listing is transmitted to the user device within a list of property listings, and wherein the property listing is ranked within the list of property listings relative to other property listings in the list of property listings based on a level of correlation between the preferred criteria and the compiled subjective information associated with the property listing.
