## Abstract

Disclosed herein are methods, compounds, and compositions for fat reduction, and in particular fat reduction without significant hair growth and/or additional hair growth.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of reducing body fat in a subject comprising administering transdermally to a subject in need thereof an effective amount compound of Formula I, a compound of Formula II, or a mixture thereof:

The method of claim 1, wherein an effective amount of the compound of formula I is administered.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein an effective amount of the compound of formula II is administered.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the compound or mixture of compounds is administered in an amount effective for reducing fat without causing substantial hair growth at the site of fat reduction.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the compound or mixture of compounds is administered in an amount effective for reducing fat without causing additional hair growth at the site of fat reduction.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the compound or mixture of compounds is administered in an amount of about 0.05 mg/kg of body weight to about 5 mg/kg of body weight.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the compound or mixture of compounds is administered in an amount of about 0.3 mg/kg of body weight to about 5 mg/kg of body weight.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the compound or mixture of compounds is administered to at least one of the subject's submental region, thighs, abdomen, or waist.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the compound or mixture of compounds is administered locally to a fat deposit.
