Abstract
A mobile computer may determine it is located in a vehicle or a conveyance based on a measured distance, satellite related positioning information, and a touch input.
Claims14
A mobile device for tracking a location of the mobile device, the mobile device comprising:
- at least one sensor configured to measure a doppler shift of a received signal;
- and
- at least one processor configured to determine a distance between the mobile device and a conveyance based on the doppler shift, and identify whether the mobile device is in the conveyance based on the distance.
A method for tracking a location of a mobile device, the method comprising:
- measuring a doppler shift of a received signal;
- and
- determining a distance between the mobile device and a conveyance based on the doppler shift, and identifying whether the mobile device is in the conveyance based on the distance.
