Video encoding device, video decoding device, video encoding method, video decoding method, and program

A video decoding device comprising:

• a de-multiplexer configured to de-multiplex a bitstream including at least information indicating a bit length of an image encoded by entropy encoding and information indicating a bit length of an image encoded by non-compression encoding;
• an entropy decoder configured to entropy-decode transformed data of an image included in the bitstream;
• an inverse transformer configured to inverse-transform the entropy-decoded transformed data of the image;
• an adder configured to add an intra prediction signal to the inverse-transformed data;
• a non-compression decoder configured to non-compression-decode non-compression-encoded data of an image included in the bitstream;
• and
• a decoding controller configured to control the entropy decoder and the non-compression decoder,
• wherein the non-compression decoder increases a pixel bit length of an image corresponding to input data of the non-compression decoder, based on difference between the bit length of the image encoded by entropy encoding and the bit length of the image encoded by non-compression encoding, and
• wherein the intra prediction signal is generated by using at least one of a reconstructed image obtained by adding an intra prediction signal to an inverse transformed image and a reconstructed image obtained based on an image which has been non-compression-decoded and whose pixel bit length has been increased.

A video encoding method comprising:

• subtracting an intra prediction signal from data obtained by increasing a pixel bit length of an input image based on pixel bit length increase information;
• transforming data after the subtracting for generating transformed data;
• inverse-transforming the transformed data;
• entropy-encoding the transformed data;
• adding the intra prediction signal to the inverse-transformed data;
• non-compression-encoding input data;
• decoding the non-compression-encoded data;
• and
• multiplexing at least information indicating the pixel bit length of the image encoded by entropy encoding and information indicating the pixel bit length of the image encoded by non-compression encoding in a bitstream,
• wherein a pixel bit length of a decoded image obtained by non-compression decoding is increased, based on at least the pixel bit length increase information, when decoding the non-compression-encoded data, and
• wherein the intra prediction signal is generated by using at least one of a reconstructed image obtained by adding an intra prediction signal to an inverse transformed image and a reconstructed image obtained based on an image which has been non-compression-decoded and whose pixel bit length has been increased.

A video decoding method comprising:

• de-multiplexing a bitstream including at least information indicating a bit length of an image encoded by entropy encoding and information indicating a bit length of an image encoded by non-compression encoding;
• entropy-decoding transformed data of an image included in the bitstream;
• inverse-transforming the entropy-decoded transformed data of the image;
• adding an intra prediction signal to the inverse-transformed data;
• non-compression-decoding non-compression-encoded data of an image included in the bitstream;
• and
• controlling the entropy decoding and the non-compression decoding,
• wherein a pixel bit length of an image corresponding to input data of non-compression decoding is increased, based on difference between the bit length of the image encoded by entropy encoding and the bit length of the image encoded by the non-compression encoding, and
• wherein the intra prediction signal is generated by using at least one of a reconstructed image obtained by adding an intra prediction signal to an inverse transformed image and a reconstructed image obtained based on an image which has been non-compression-decoded and whose pixel bit length has been increased.

A non-transitory computer readable information recording medium storing a video encoding program which, when executed by a processor, performs:

• subtracting an intra prediction signal from data obtained by increasing a pixel bit length of an input image based on pixel bit length increase information;
• transforming data after the subtracting for generating transformed data;
• inverse-transforming the transformed data;
• entropy-encoding the transformed data;
• adding the intra prediction signal to the inverse-transformed data;
• non-compression-encoding input data;
• decoding the non-compression-encoded data;
• and
• multiplexing at least information indicating the pixel bit length of the image encoded by entropy encoding and information indicating the pixel bit length of the image encoded by non-compression encoding in a bitstream,
• wherein a pixel bit length of a decoded image obtained by non-compression decoding is increased, based on at least the pixel bit length increase information, when decoding the non-compression-encoded data, and
• wherein the intra prediction signal is generated by using at least one of a reconstructed image obtained by adding an intra prediction signal to an inverse transformed image and a reconstructed image obtained based on an image which has been non-compression-decoded and whose pixel bit length has been increased.

A non-transitory computer readable information recording medium storing a video decoding program which, when executed by a processor, performs:

• de-multiplexing a bitstream including at least information indicating a bit length of an image encoded by entropy encoding and information indicating a bit length of an image encoded by non-compression encoding;
• entropy-decoding transformed data of an image included in the bitstream;
• inverse-transforming the entropy-decoded transformed data of the image;
• adding an intra prediction signal to the inverse-transformed data;
• non-compression-decoding non-compression-encoded data of an image included in the bitstream;
• and
• controlling the entropy decoding and the non-compression decoding,
• wherein a pixel bit length of an image corresponding to input data of non-compression decoding is increased, based on difference between the bit length of the image encoded by entropy encoding and the bit length of the image encoded by the non-compression encoding, and
• wherein the intra prediction signal is generated by using at least one of a reconstructed image obtained by adding an intra prediction signal to an inverse transformed image and a reconstructed image obtained based on an image which has been non-compression-decoded and whose pixel bit length has been increased.
