Abstract
An organic light emitting display device is disclosed. The organic light emitting display device includes at least two light emitting parts each including a light emitting layer and an electron transport layers, and at least one charge generation layer between the light emitting parts, wherein at least one among the charge generation layer or the electron transport layer includes a compound having nitrogen atoms and a substituent for enhancing electron mobility.
Claims11
An organic light emitting display device, comprising:
- at least two light emitting parts, each having a light emitting layer, a hole transport layer and an electron transport layer, where the light emitting layers may be the same or different, the hole transport layers may be the same or different and the electron transport layers may be the same or different;
- and
- a charge generation layer between the light emitting parts, where the charge generation layer comprises a N-type charge generation layer and a P-type charge generation layer,
- wherein at least one among the charge generation layer and the electron transport layer includes a compound of Formula 1
- where Ar1 is
- Ar3 is
- or a bond;
- L1 is
- or a bond;
- L2 is
- or a bond;
- L3 is
- or a bond;
- and Ar2 is
- or a bond,
- wherein at least two of Ar2, Ar3, L1, L2 and L3 are not a bond.
