Presentation device and game machine

A game machine comprising:

• a casing having an opening;
• and
• a presentation device arranged in the casing,
• wherein the presentation device includes:
• a cylindrically formed display panel provided with a first pattern on an outer circumferential surface, and supported to be rotatable in a circumferential direction about a rotation shaft that is parallel to the opening such that a portion of the outer circumferential surface is visible through the opening;
• a cylindrically formed light guide plate arranged along an outer circumference of the display panel, supported coaxially with the display panel, and constituted such that the first pattern is visible from an outer circumferential side through the opening;
• and
• a light source arranged so as to oppose a portion of one edge surface of the light guide plate in a position facing the opening, and configured to emit visible light, and
• the light guide plate includes a plurality of prisms that are formed in a diffusing surface that is on an inner circumferential side opposing the outer circumference surface of the display panel, reflect visible light from the light source that enters the light guide plate from the portion of the edge surface toward an exit surface that is on the outer circumferential side opposing the diffusing surface, and are arranged along a second pattern.
