A method of stimulating intestinal immunity in a mammal in need thereof, comprising administering to the mammal an effective amount of purified exopolysaccharide produced from Leuconostoc mesenteroides NTM048 strain deposited under accession No. NITE BP-1519, or a mutant strain thereof.
A method of treating an allergy in a mammal in need thereof, comprising administering to the mammal an effective amount of purified exopolysaccharide produced from Leuconostoc mesenteroides NTM048 strain deposited under accession No. NITE BP-1519, or a mutant strain thereof.
A method of treating an infection of virus in a mammal in need thereof, comprising administering to the mammal an effective amount of purified exopolysaccharide produced from Leuconostoc mesenteroides NTM048 strain deposited under accession No. NITE BP-1519, or a mutant strain thereof.
