Abstract
A compound represented by formula (3): (wherein R1 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group optionally having one or more halogen atoms, R2 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, and m represents an integer of 0 to 3) can be produced by reacting a C1-C6 alkanesulfinic acid salt optionally having one or more halogen atoms with a compound represented by formula (2): (wherein R2 and m are as defined above) in the presence of a protonic acid.

A method for producing a compound represented by formula (3):
- wherein R1 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group optionally having one or more halogen atoms, R2 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, and m represents an integer of 0 to 3,
- the method comprising reacting a C1-C6 alkanesulfinic acid salt optionally having one or more halogen atoms with a compound represented by formula (2):
- wherein R2 and m are as defined above,
- in the presence of a protonic acid.
