Abstract
The invention provides a cell mobilizing agent capable of efficiently and continuously accumulating cells involved in tissue repair. In particular, the cell mobilizing agent contains a lysophospholipid introduced with retinoic acid represented by the formula (1) and/or the formula (2) or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient: wherein R1 and R2 are each a retinoyl group or hydrogen and are not the same.

A cell mobilizing agent comprising a lysophospholipid introduced with retinoic acid represented by the formula (1) and/or the formula (2) or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient:
