Spirocyclic aryl phosphorus oxide and aryl phosphorus sulfide

A compound represented by formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,

• wherein,
• T1 is selected from N or C(R01);
• T2 is selected from —N(R01)—, O, S(═O)2 or —CH(NR01R02)—;
• R01 or R02 is separately and independently selected from H,
• or C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 heteroalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl-(CH2)0-3— or C3-6 heterocyclohydrocarbyl-(CH2)0-3— which is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 halogen, hydroxyl and/or cyano;
• wherein the “hetero” is 1, 2 or 3 group(s) selected from O, S, N, S(═O)2 and/or S(═O);
• optionally, R01 and R02 on T2 are together linked to the same N atom to form a 3-6 membered ring, the ring contains 1, 2 or 3 heteroatom(s), the heteroatom is selected from O, S or N;
• each of D1, D2, D3 and D4 is separately and independently selected from —(CR1R2)1-3—, O, S, C(═O), S(═O)2, S(═O), —NH—, —NMe-, —O— or —CH(NCH3CH3)—;
• D is selected from —N(R01)—, —O— or —S—;
• W is selected from ═O, ═S, ═N(CN) or ═N(OMe);
• R3 is selected from R03, OR03 or SR03;
• R03 is selected from C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl or C3-5 cycloalkyl-(CH2)0-3—;
• Z is selected from N or C(R4);
• X1 is selected from C(Rx1) or N;
• X2 is selected from C(Rx2) or N;
• Rx1, Rx2, R1, R2 and R4 are separately and independently selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, CN, OH, SH, NH2,
• or C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 heteroalkyl, C3-6 cyclohydrocarbyl-(CH2)0-3— or C3-6 heterocyclohydrocarbyl-(CH2)0-3— which is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 halogen, hydroxyl, and/or cyano;
• wherein the “hetero” represents 1, 2 or 3 heteratom(s) which is selected from O, S or N;
• Rp1 and Rp2 are separately and independently selected from H, C1-4 alkyl or C1-4 haloalkyl;
• optionally, Rp1 and Rp2 are together linked to the same P group to form a 5-6 membered ring, the ring contains 1, 2 or 3 heteratom(s), the heteroatom is selected from O, S, N or P;
• and
• optionally, the positions of Z and
• can be interchanged.
