Abstract
A gas infusion waste water treatment facility having an apparatus for increasing gas components in a fluid uses a controller connected to a network and client device for remote control of fluid flow rates, magnet field intensity, and pressure of fluid based on preset parameters. Conductive wire coiled around a magnet fluid treatment device generates a bidirectional magnetic flux to magnetically treat fluid in the conduit at an entry pressure. The facility creates absorption of increased gas concentration containing an oxygen atom into the fluid from 10% to at least 500%.
Claims11
A gas infusion waste water treatment facility comprising:
- a. a waste fluid inlet, wherein the waste fluid inlet receives waste fluid containing a reduced solids content;
- b. an aeration basin connected to the waste fluid inlet for increasing gas concentration in the waste fluid with a gas by at least 10% wherein the gas contains an oxygen atom forming an aerated waste fluid;
- c. a clarifier connected to the aeration basin receiving aerated waste fluid forming clarified liquid and having a cleaned fluid discharge port for discharging the clarified liquid;
- d. a first apparatus for increasing a gas component of the aerated waste liquid receiving aerated waste fluid, treating the aerated waste fluid forming increased gas concentration aerated waste fluid, and flowing the increased gas concentration aerated waste fluid to the aeration basin;
- e. a chlorine contactor receiving clarified liquid containing increased gas concentration aerated waste fluid for processing and discharge as safe water from the gas infusion waste water facility;
- f. a digester connected to the aeration basin receiving the aerated waste fluid and having a sludge removable port forming digester sludge, wherein the digester receives compressed air to increase gas concentration in the aerated waste fluid forming digester waste fluid;
- g. a second apparatus for increasing a gas component fluidly connected to the digester receiving digester waste fluid, treating the digester waste fluid forming increased gas concentration digester waste fluid, and recycling the increased gas concentration digester waste fluid back to the digester;
- h. a recycle line flowing separated solids from the clarifier back to the aeration basin;
- wherein each first and second apparatus for increasing a gas component comprises:
- (a). a controller having a data storage in communication with a network for communicating with a client device for remote control of the apparatus enabling bidirectional remote control of a fluid flow rate, a magnetic field intensity, and a plurality of pressures of the fluid based on preset parameters;
- (b). an antenna having a conductive wire coiled around a magnet fluid treatment device generating a bidirectional flux, the magnet fluid treatment device encircling at least a portion of a fluid flow conduit to magnetically treat the fluid in the fluid flow conduit, the fluid arrives in the fluid flow conduit at an entry pressure and passes past the antenna to an outlet at a discharge pressure;
- (c). a variable frequency generator electrically connected to the antenna and in communication with the controller, the variable frequency generator transmitting a frequency from 0.01 Hz to 25,000,000 Hz to the antenna to activate the antenna generating a magnetic field having flux lines to pass through the fluid flow conduit;
- (d). a gas injector having a mixing chamber, the mixing chamber having a fluid inlet receiving the fluid at the gas injector entry pressure, the gas injector comprising a fluid outlet and a gas inlet, the gas inlet being connected to a gas source providing gas components, the mixing chamber lowering the gas injector entry pressure of the fluid to a gas injector discharge pressure;
- and
- (e). a treatment chamber having a fluid inlet and at least one port with a vortex inducing apparatus, the treatment chamber receiving the fluid at a treatment chamber entry pressure and lowers the treatment chamber entry pressure to a treatment chamber discharge pressure, the apparatus causing absorption of increased gas component into the fluid by from 10% to at least 500% and wherein
- the gas infusion waste water treatment facility reduces (i) an amount of digester sludge by 30% to 70%, (ii) reduces haul off costs of digester sludge, and (iii) reduces use of fossil fuels while simultaneously reducing energy costs of operating the aeration basin by reducing large blower operational requirements by increasing gas concentration of the aeration waste fluid.
